Privacy policy

This covers the account and billing information we hold about you. For what happens to the actual files you render, see the data policy.

Account

What we collect

To run an account: your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). To run a render: the files you upload and the render settings you choose. To bill you: usage records (GPU-seconds used, per render) and payment details handled entirely by our payments provider — we never see or store your card number.

Cookies & sessions

Just enough to keep you signed in

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and nothing beyond that — no third-party ad trackers, no cross-site tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling.

Third parties

Who your information passes through

  • A cloud GPU provider, to run the render you requested — for the duration of that job only.
  • A payments processor, to handle checkout and billing — they never receive your render files.
  • Our email provider, for account verification and password-reset emails.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Retention

How long we keep things

Your uploaded files and render output are kept until you delete them, or your account is closed. Billing history (amounts charged, filenames, timestamps — not the files themselves) is kept as your account's usage record, similar to a receipt, even after the underlying render is deleted.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion

You can see and delete your own files and renders at any time from your library. For anything else — correcting account details, closing your account, or asking what we hold about you — reach out and we'll handle it directly.

This is a plain-language description of our actual practices, not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed legal policy, and it doesn't make specific compliance claims (GDPR, CCPA, or otherwise). Questions or requests about your data: [email protected].
